Open Academy - Presentation with Feri Pál | 10.10.2024 | Erzsébetliget Theatre

I have been listening to Feri Pál's lectures and reading his books for years.

In our circle of friends, we regularly gift each other Feri Pál lecture tickets for birthdays, Christmas, and celebrations. I pore over Feri Pál books with my grandmother. I watch his lectures back on YouTube with my parents. Often the same one, even multiple times. Unforgettable. Captivating. Educational. It helps face the drama of Life, which is often tragic, but most of the time magical.

While writing the book *Run, Believe, Live*, with my friends Dr. Szabolcs Bozsányi, Dr. Péter Turai, and Donát Gyenes—who were also the book's professional supporters—we drew a lot of inspiration from the thoughts of Father Feri, a mental health professional and Roman Catholic priest, and after joint discussions, we wove into the book's message what truly matters.

For my part, it was an honor and a dream come true to present at an event organized by Open Academy with Feri Pál at the Erzsébetliget Theatre—it was a huge community flow experience with the audience of over 500, with whom we talked and exchanged thoughts during breaks between lectures, and I too was inspired by others' experiences, wisdom, or even the life perspective of those younger than me.

There is no "surefire" recipe for finding the path to happiness and a full Life, but together, drawing from each other's stories, experience, and knowledge, we will realize sooner what truly matters in Life.

Last night at the Erzsébetliget Theatre, we could all experience what a real flow experience is like: just like what Feri Pál and the audience are in during his lecture.

And I am trying to rise to the task and overcome my fear of public speaking—and the audience yesterday was a great help in that.
