**Interview with the organizing team:** _**W**_ _**hat field and tasks are you currently working on or involved in?**_

I am a biomedical engineer at the Egis Digitalization Technology Center. Part of my work involves creating prototypes for medical devices and managing the development of these devices.

I work in an agile team on various projects at the company, during which I have learned a lot about the development of medical devices. My goal is to expand my knowledge in this field.

**In your opinion, what trait of yours is the reason** **you are a member of this year's leadership training team?**

It is my mindset that there is no unsolvable problem or challenge. In addition, I always strive for continuous improvement, which is combined with professional skills and leadership aspirations. Furthermore, I don't just participate in projects within my organization, but as a side project of my career, I am also building a non- and for-profit organization, writing a book, competing in sports, and preparing for my PhD studies.

I feel it is my mission to manage my life as optimally as possible, and I want to pass this mindset on to my colleagues or the teams I lead. I don't just strive to achieve the minimum, but the maximum that can be done with my abilities, talent, time, and the opportunities in my life.
