How was the Super sapiens book made?

_"During the literature research for 📘Super sapiens, after reading through hundreds of articles and 72 books in a year, I was pondering how someone who doesn't like reading could still be made to love it?_

_From appropriately selected books, we can acquire years or decades of knowledge in a matter of a few hours. In this way, we can gain an immeasurable "competitive advantage" in many areas of life, because knowledge is power—and responsibility._

_Today, however, a book has to compete with the audiovisual experience and distractions of TikTok and social media feeds to even hit the stimulus threshold of what people (especially the Z and Alpha generations following us) see/read._

_That is why, in addition to the 'longevity knowledge base,' personal stories, and the transfer of experience, the *Super sapiens* book offers a visual experience that may make everyone more willing to browse it with greater interest and attention: the logical structure of the book, the unfolding of its story, its content connecting complex topics, its internal design, and visual elements are intended to regain and keep focused our attention stolen by the world burdened with endless noise._

_Specifically, to ensure the flow experience while reading—even if I have to compete with TikTok videos and Instagram's glitzy feeds for the readers' attention._

_In the book, I try to hack (reclaim) our worn-out—or rather stolen—attention._
