" **Can we really push the average life expectancy to a hundred years?**
" **Can we really push the average life expectancy to a hundred years?**
Only if we use our bodies for what they have adapted to during the evolution of *Homo sapiens* so far. Just think about the fact that a few tens of thousands of years ago, our ancestors hunted mammoths, which means they moved a lot. In contrast, people today hardly move, which is understandable, since not only do we not have to hunt, we don't even have to go to the store, because we can handle the shopping from a phone. However, if in addition to a comfortable life, we move a few kilometers every day by walking, running, cycling, swimming, hiking, anyway that feels good, then the physical load on our body will approach the lifestyle that is most natural for it, and that is none other than the active lifestyle. So my answer is: yes, we can live even a hundred years in good health. How and what we need to do for this, even in our twenties, I also write about in my book titled *Super sapiens*."
