AI, longevity and HR Fest

I gave a sold-out talk at the HR Festival in Székesfehérvár, followed by two hours of conversation and book signing.

Interest in longevity keeps growing among HR professionals, as the role of AI in employee well-being expands.

The core of the Meta sapiens concept is building a “second brain”: a longevity AI coach created by connecting a personal knowledge base (e.g. Obsidian) with a large language model (Claude, Perplexity, NotebookLM, Gemini) – with measurable returns within weeks or months.
